Ledgemont Technology Center offers tenants a wide range of amenities, including:

Collaboration Center

The Collaboration Center is situated in the middle of the Ledgemont Technology Center (LTC) campus in a completely updated building that serves as LTC’s amenity center. The facility offers tenants the convenience of a “grab-and-go” café, a spacious lounge area with a stone fireplace, a conference room, and an exterior gathering space. The two-story building is connected to the other buildings on campus via enclosed walkways.

On-Site Management

Experienced on-site property management team who are able to assist with all aspects of a tenant’s operational needs.

Area Amenities

Numerous area amenities are just a short drive away. Lexington Center and Waltham Street are home to many restaurants including pizzerias, coffee shops and more. A variety of different hotels are also within a few miles of the campus.

Conference Center

The conference center is offered to all building tenants and can used for meetings or office events. This area is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection and is available for use free of charge.

Campus Setting

Ledgemont Technology Center provides a true campus setting with spectacular views of the landscaped grounds, mature trees and plantings and the adjacent 100-acre Hayden Woods Conversation Area. Convenient access to hiking and running trails includes nearby Juniper Hill.

Public Transportation

Shuttle service to the MBTA’s Red Line is available for companies at LTC. The Alefwife Shuttle – Route A has a stop on the Ledgemont Campus. Visit 128bc.org for more information.

Parking

Ample on-site parking is provided both on grade and in a three-level parking garage. The parking garage also terraces along the slope with exterior vehicular access to all levels. The lowest level of the garage serves as a shop and garage area for maintenance and landscaping vehicles. The entire complex is served by a ring road with access to both Hayden Avenue and Spring Street.

Security

Roving security officers patrol the common building areas and grounds.
