Ledgemont Technology
Center

Ledgemont Technology Center is comprised of five interconnected office and research buildings.

Located within Greater Boston’s premiere suburban life science cluster, Ledgemont Technology Center (LTC) is a world-class laboratory and office facility in Lexington, Massachusetts. This 175,000 SF, five-building campus is home to start-ups, CROs and global research companies including Concert Pharmaceuticals, Microchips, Pulmatrix, Shire, Quiet Therapeutics and Tepha.

LTC’s lab infrastructure includes make-up air capable of 1.5 cfm/sf of the lab, animal facilities, acid waste neutralization systems, chemical/hazardous waste storage, gas distribution, compressed air systems, vacuum systems, RODI systems and backup power. The building is capable of being modified and adapted to meet tenants’ specific research needs.

The beautiful 11+ acre campus is immediately accessible to Route 2 and 128/I-95 and is only a short shuttle drive from the Alewife MBTA Red Line station in Cambridge with convenient access to both Kendall and Harvard Squares.
